If I were going to wear this beautiful Dolce and Gabbana gown I'd ditch the mummy headgear for some cool dangling ear cuffs. I don't know which shoes I pick. Maybe even something more fashion forward than the ones shown here. But I'd definitely want two large rings, one traditional and one very modern. Even though I'm all about necklaces, I think I'd leave the neckline bare to emphasize the cut of the gown.
